Edith began at PKF Hong Kong in 2000 and became Partner in March 2011.
Edith possesses extensive experiences in the provision of audit and assurance services. Her clients include listed and private companies engaging in a wide range of businesses such as manufacturing, apparel, construction, securities brokers, etc. Her listed companies are on the various exchanges and she has been involved in the annual audits, IPO and M&A assignments. Edith also looks after audits of non-profit organisations.
Edith also provides internal audit, due diligence and business advisory services. She assists her clients in managing their internal audit function and meeting corporate governance requirements in both China and Hong Kong and is experienced in risk management assessment, compliance assistance, corporate governance compliance review, internal audit assistance and business process review.
Edith holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration majoring Professional Accountancy from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
